I'm Kristen, and I'm so glad you're here!

I like to say I'm a Kinesiologist by trade, a Soul Seeker at heart and a life long learner who is forever curious about what the heck is going on in this crazy human journey we are all living together.

I love a great cup of tea and a rainy day to curl up with my journal and dive deep into my own journey of self discovery & inner healing.

It is my mission in this life to share with you what I learn, for the purpose of  uplifting the heart of our world to greater experiences of love, health and harmony.

I truly believe . . .
