Hi Beautiful! I'm Kristen and I'm so happy you found your way here.
​I'm a Kinesiologist, which essentially means I teach people how to move! I specialize in working with people with aches and pains, chronic health conditions (diabetes, arthritis, heart disease, neurological conditions and more) as well as anyone who knows getting some exercise would be good for their health and wellness but just don't know what is safe and where to start.

Private Sessions
Offered in person in Camrose, Alberta Canada​
(Exercise Therapy also offered virtually over Zoom)

A gentle hands on approach that loosens tension in the body, combined with simple exercises you can take home, to help your body move out of old bracing and compensation patterns. Sessions promote pain relief through relaxation, improving mobility and making movement easier — without forcing or pushing the body to get there.

With over 20 years of experience offering health and wellness services, I've helped hundreds of people with chronic health concerns take those first steps to moving more and gaining back their strength, endurance, flexibility and vitality, just by doing simple exercises and myofascial release techniques.

​It really doesn't have to be complicated, a little movement can go a long way! Sometimes it's just a matter of having someone to talk out your challenges with and provide you with clear direction to get the momentum you need so you can start to feel better.

My approach to health and wellness is mindful, compassionate and holistic. I truly believe the health of your mind, body and spirit all play a role in finding a meaningful path to success! 

My work is a unique blend of:

​Myofascial Release Therapy
​A gentle approach to releasing restricted tissues in the body, either through hands on therapy or through the use of simple tools you can use at home.

​Somatic Movement Education
​Simple movement patterns designed to re-educate the neuromuscular system, release long held patterns, reduce pain and bring the body back to natural alignment, so you can move with confidence and ease.

​Health Coaching
​We all get stuck at times, going around in circles trying to make changes but unsure why they aren't sticking. This practice supports you as we bring to light what is really going on so you can move through those sticky points and start to create a healthy lifestyle that nourishes you. This compassionate, mindfulness based approach works with the wisdom of the body which is what makes it so impactful.

​Kinesiology is simply the study of human movement. I provide exercise therapy as well as physical activity and lifestyle counselling to help you restore balance in the body, improve overall health and keep you doing the things you love - for a lifetime!
