$40 / 30 min session; $80 / 60 min session
Support sessions are available for current clients who have already received an Astrological Birth Chart Reading (see above). These sessions are custom made to meet you where you are at and provide support for what is relevant for you right now. Sessions blend astrology with kinesiology, somatic psychology, health coaching and yoga practices. Possible areas of support include:
Soul's Growth and Lessons:

- receive permission to embrace your Soul's uniqueness
- discover how the energy of the stars is currently impacting you
- learn practical tools to better navigate the challenges this life has to offer that you can put into practice right away

- gain further insight into any blocks you may be experiencing
- dive deeper into your astrological birth chart - ask follow up questions from your initial reading
- understand how current planetary aspects are impacting you and how to best navigate the energies
- develop a movement practice that meets your body where it's at, helps improve your health and eases discomfort or pain
- gain clarity on how to use your inner wisdom to create nourishing practices around lifestyle behaviours such as physical activity, mindful nutrition and sleep
- experience the benefits of meditation, mindfulness and breath
- explore the planet of Mercury in your astrological chart - this planet rules your mind, how you think and communicate. Gain a better understanding of. how this planet impacts you and how to work with it.
- explore the Moon in your astrological chart - this planet rules your emotions and your subconscious. Gain a better understanding of how you deal with difficult situations when stressed and what your emotional needs are.

We meet the last Tuesday of each month at 7pm CST / 6pm MST. Everyone is welcome, you do not need to have had a birth chart reading to benefit from these sessions. Each month we will gather online to ground into the body, reflect and release the previous month and prepare for the month ahead. This is a great group to be a part of if you need a little bit of focused time each month to check in with yourself and what you need in a supportive environment. In the session you will be guided to:

- reflect on any moments from the previous month that are relevant to you. Eg. what you are grateful for, lessons learned, celebrations, difficult moments, etc.
- release the past month and connect to the wisdom of your body through a gentle movement practice that is suitable for anyone and can be done seated or standing
- tune into your inner wisdom to identify what your intentions are for the month ahead
